CyberSoft Picture Combiner

Product Overview

This is a simple utility that takes a directory full of pictures, and combines them all together to make one big picture. It was developed mainly for use by Vegas coders, but is now available free of charge for anyone who may find it useful.

Usage

Load up the program and select the folder containing your BMP images. Click the Get Contents button. The images must all be the same size. Enter this size in the width and height boxes (in pixels). Click the Combine button. The combined image should appear above. Click Save to save it to disk.

Version 1.2 also introduces a "Drop to floor" option which should be ticked if required before you click the combine button. The drop to floor option assumes the top-left pixel in each image is the transparent color, and shifts all images as far down as they'll go. This was added to make combining character graphics for AGS possible, ensuring the baseline / hotspot would always be on the bottom row of pixels and characters would not appear to be floating in the air.
